COURSE:
     Half Marathon: accurately measured (13.1 miles), very challenging and scenic. Start & Finish at Rockland Lake State Park north parking lot. Go through park and down Hook Mountain to trail, south along Hudson River and return.
      5K (3.1 miles) Run & Fun Walk: flat and scenic around Rockland Lake. Start and Finish by north pool.

Please note: finish line and course marshals will remain in place for 2½ hours for the half marathon.

 AWARDS:
    Runners: $100 cash prize award to first place male & female overall. First M/F Masters and top three in age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
     NEW! CORPORATE CUP. First four team members score.
     NEW! SPECIAL AWARDS for top three runners who raise the most sponsorship money.
     Walkers:  There will be no race walking division due to the difficulty of maintaining spotters along the course.

Pre-Entry      = $18 ($15 RRR member)
