more time and proceeding North on the outer loop to a right hairpin turn onto the inner loop (approximately 100 meters before the fishing station lot).

From New York City:
Via NYS Thruway: Cross Tappan Zee Bridge and take Exit 11. Go straight to traffic light. Turn left at light onto Rte. 9W north. Go 4 miles to second (north) park entrance on the right.

Via George Washington Bridge: Stay in the right lane of the bridge and get on the Palisades Interstate Parkway. Take parkway north to exit 4. Take Rte. 9W north for 12 miles to park on the right. Take second (north) entrance into park.

Via Garden State Parkway from New Jersey: Take the GSP north to NYS Thruway south/east toward Tappan Zee Bridge. Take Nyack exit (last exit before bridge): go left at end of ramp onto Route 59 east. At next light, go left onto Route 9W north approximately 4 miles to second park entrance on the right.

	Start on outer loop facing North (across from the south parking lot).
	At 0.5 miles north, make a right into the second entrance of parking lot.
	Follow path to bathrooms and turn right onto the inner loop.
	Proceed to follow inner loop counter clockwise for a complete loop.
	After crossing the foot bridge the course will be directed to the outer loop.
	Proceed south passing the start and up to the firehouse. Down the hook to Nyack beach toll booth and returning.
	After mile 11 you continue to follow the outer loop passing the start one
	Follow inner loop to the finish at the south pool.
